Cool Math Games, the center of nostalgia for so many people, has so many cozy games that it warranted another list. Here are seven more cozy games to enjoy.
Lemonade Stand
If you enjoyed playing Coffee Shop from the first cozy Cool Math Games list, Lemonade Stand won’t disappoint. Purchase lemons, ice and sugar to concoct a unique blend of your own lemonade that caters to the preferences of your customers. UnlikeCoffee Shop, you can choose the duration of your challenge – 7, 14 or 30 days to make as much money as you can.
While the game aesthetics scream 2000s, this is still an incredibly relaxing and cozy game to play as summer quickly approaches.
Last Horizon
Last Horizon is a space exploration game that combines resource management with lore. As the only known human surviving a cataclysmic event, you search nearby planets for oxygen, fuel and maybe other survivors. Learn more about what happened and obtain what you need to survive deep space – all while flying a cute spaceship and listening to cinematic music.
The controls are a little tricky to master, but the learning curve isn’t too bad.
Amidst the Sky
This platforming and puzzle game is one of the best. In Amidst the Sky, your character voyages through the clouds, searching for different secret-filled temples to explore. The background piano music is wonderfully soothing–not to mention the hilarious sound it makes if you fall into the water.
As you unlock new areas, there are secret levels to encounter. If you beat them all, you’ll find a top-secret ending.
Last Day of the Woods
In Last Day of the Woods, play as an adorable woodland spirit, tasked with saving the forest all the spirits call home. This platformer is action-packed with a “cottage-core” flavor as you traverse the 8-bit woods.
Red Planet Farming
Another space game, Red Planet Farming is a cross between Stardew Valley and Fallout Shelter. Purchase and cultivate new species of plants to ensure the happiness of your fellow Mars residents, while also earning enough money to upgrade and keep your farm alive. You need to manage your money and deal with classic Mars disasters – from dust storms to poor soil and all the freezing temperatures in between.
This game is very satisfying for casual play. Combined with the epic soundtrack, it was a very entertaining experience.
A Lonely Alpaca
Navigate through the mazelike steppes in A Lonely Alpaca. Your cute and cuddly character is lonely for unknown reasons, and it’s up to you to help reach the friend at the end of each level. The puzzles themselves aren’t that difficult and once you get the hang of the controls, you’ll be helping this sad alpaca make friends in no time.
Cat in Japan
In Cat in Japan, you play as a hungry cat searching for sushi, accompanied by a stellar soundtrack. While some pieces will be hidden in plain sight, there are also puzzles to solve if you want to collect all 20.
Cool Math Games is in the process of making all their games playable on the most recent Flash. Because of this, Cat in Japan has some minor framerate and sound issues that are currently being fixed.
