Ciro
Ciro is the main point of entry into the DLC, and the son of Ogar. Ciro accompanies the player as they take on challenges, rising through the ranks of Carnage Halls. These challenges can be divided into parkour- or combat-focused. Ciro is inspired by his brother Abel’s demise at the hands of Skullface, the current champion of Carnage Hall.
Skullface
Skullface plays a pivotal role in the DLC and is the main antagonist. He is powerful, undefeated and a remorseless champion. Due to Skullface’s rule, the exhibitions in Carnage Halls have become bloodier and darker as basic physical feats have evolved into terrifying contests where survival is doubtful. Skullface is the penultimate of the DLC. The player will eventually face off against Skullface.
Astrid
Carnage Hall’s entertainment-obsessed organizer is Astrid. She understands how to make a great show and give a bloodthirsty audience what they most want to see. Starting out, she had to create something exciting and grand without many resources at her disposal. The arena had humble beginnings, but it eventually grew into what she had envisioned.
Ogar
Ogar is a supporting character in the DLC. Ogar lost his son, Abel, to Skullface and has been estranged from Ciro ever since. Eventually, the player will be able to obtain Ogar’s hidden cache and armor to better prepare for the fight against Skullface.
